2. Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major US holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We ship via standard USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 3-10 business days after the order has been shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within the United States. [Note: Add this line if you only ship domestically. If you ship internationally, you should detail the countries and any extra costs here.]
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.

3. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items under the following conditions.
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Face masks, underwear, socks, and swimwear.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact us at jiaqiyao@gdclothes.com within the 14-day return period to request a Return Authorization.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please process a return for the original item and place a new order on our website.
5. Product Information
We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor calibrations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be perfectly accurate. Slight variations in color or texture may occur.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Your payment information is processed securely through Squarespace's encrypted payment system. We do not store your credit card details.
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Store Policies at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date. Changes will apply to all orders placed after the policy is updated.
